ENERPAT® Metal Chips Briquetting Press Line is specifically designed for machining and cutting metal chip waste, efficiently integrating metal alloys such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and titanium chips. This fully automated production line allows for one-click compression molding of chips while simultaneously separating cutting oil, ensuring the purity of the briquettes and enabling the recycling of cutting oil. ​This solution significantly reduces the footprint of waste chips, promotes the efficient recycling and remelting of resources, and easily meets environmental standards.​ It is ideal for enhancing ecological sustainability and economic efficiency in your production processes.
Solution Background
During the metal processing processes, such as cutting, grinding, and drilling, approximately 20% of the raw materials are generated as metal chips. These waste materials not only occupy valuable space but also pose a potential threat to the environment. However, metal chips, with their high purity and metal content far exceeding that of ores, highlight their tremendous recycling value.

Core Equipment

Metal Chips Briquetting Machine

The metal chips are directly compressed into briquettes using a hydraulic method. It features a gate-style feeding system, ensuring fast speed and high efficiency, and is equipped with a residual liquid collection system.

De-oiling Machine

This machine separates metal chips from oil using centrifugal force. It utilizes PLC and touchscreen controls to effectively manage the drying time. After the drying process, the oil content of the metal chips is reduced to below 5%.

Chip Shredder

This machine crushes lump or filamentous metal chips into small particles. It is equipped with strong power and stable operation, featuring high shear force, excellent crushing effect, and low noise levels.

AGV Trolley

The AGV trolley can work in conjunction with the production line lift to achieve fully automated loading and unloading. It offers advantages such as simple structure, ease of movement, high accuracy, and strong flexibility.

Chip Scrap Compactor

This machine uses a hydraulic drive to compress loose waste chips into compact blocks, reducing material volume and lowering transportation costs. It features high compression force and fast packaging speed.

Filtration Collection Container

This container provides simple filtration for chip liquid/oil, utilizing a double-filter mesh design to recover the chip liquid. When the liquid reaches the designated level mark, it automatically pumps out the liquid.
