ENERPAT Patented Scrap Metal Baler TheENERPAT AMB-H Series is a patented scrap metal baler, also known as a scrap compactor machine, hydraulic metal baler, or scrap metal baling machine. Compared to the lid-type scrap metal compactor, it excels in processing lightweight scrap metal and allows for continuous feeding of materials. After compression and packaging, the waste metal not only experiences a significant reduction in volume, making it easier for loading and packing, but it also improves furnace rates and lowers smelting costs during remelting processes. This model is primarily suitable for environmental protection companies, recycling firms, steel mills, metal manufacturing industries, electronic appliance companies, and aluminum foil manufacturing enterprises. It is used for baling materials such as aluminum foil, metal shavings, appliance casings, and aluminum profiles. |
Operating Principle
Material Feeding:
Materials are transported to the metal baler’s hopper chamber using conveyors.
Hydraulic Compression:
Under the drive of the hydraulic system, waste metal is compressed into compact metal bundles.
Automatic Bundle Ejection:
The metal bundles are automatically pushed out through a small door using a hydraulic cylinder.
