Aluminum Foils Compression Palletizing Line
The ENERPAT® Aluminum Foils Compression Palletizing Line is an entirely automated production line designed for materials such as aluminum foil trimmings, tin foil box trimmings, and lithium battery aluminum foil.​ The entire line employs advanced hydraulic transmission technology, ensuring maximum compression ratio. The compression and forming effects are exceptional, resulting in uniform dimensions that not only facilitate stacking, storage, and transportation but also help maintain a clean and organized production environment.This production line can be seamlessly integrated with 8 to 16 other production lines, enabling large-scale recycling and processing.
Solution Background
Aluminum foil, as a multifunctional material, is widely used in critical areas such as food packaging, pharmaceutical manufacturing, construction, electronic technology, transportation, aerospace, renewable energy development, and machinery manufacturing. However, a significant amount of scrap is inevitably generated during the production and processing of aluminum foil, which highlights the issues related to the treatment and reuse of waste aluminum foil, becoming a pressing challenge in the industry.

Core Equipment

Conveying and Feeding

The aluminum foil trimmings from the production line are transported via a fan pipeline to the plate separator.

Gas Separation

The plate separator effectively separates aluminum foil trimmings from the gas in the pipeline.

Hydraulic Compression

Driven by the hydraulic system, the aluminum foil trimmings are compressed into solid bales and ejected.

Mechanical Arm Stacking

The conveyor belt works in coordination with the robotic stacking arm to achieve automated intelligent stacking.
